Chocolate bars have their own own category because they do have distinctive differences between them and candy bars. They're still both bulk candies... but, chocolate bars are sectioned off into individual servings for the one who needs to eat them. Not to mention that these normally don't contain nuts, save for a couple examples. Needless to say, there are plenty of yummy bars it is possible to select from.
